A Season of Gratitude, Community, and Joy
As we enter this season of thanksgiving and celebration, we are reminded of the many ways God has been faithful to our congregation. This time of year offers us the chance to gather, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ. We invite you to join us for the events and worship opportunities that will carry us through the holidays and into the joy of the Advent season.
Live Nativity — Friday, December 19 from 6:00–8:00 PM
Experience the story of Christ’s birth brought to life on our church grounds. Children, families, and visitors of all ages are invited to experience the scenes, enjoy hot cocoa, and reflect on the gift of Emmanuel, God with us.
Christmas Caroling — Saturday, December 20 from 1:00–3:00 PM
We invite all ages to join us as we visit and sing to our shut-ins. Please meet at the church at 12:30 PM to carpool. Your presence and voices will bring comfort, joy, and encouragement to those who cannot be with us in person this season.
Church Christmas Dinner — Sunday, December 14 following worship
Our annual Christmas dinner returns, and we are inviting groups, families, friends, and Sunday School classes to sign up to decorate a table. You may choose any theme—elegant, traditional, fun, whimsical, or creative. This is always a highlight of the season and a joyful way to celebrate together as a church family.
Children & Youth Holiday Events
Friendsgiving — Sunday, November 23 at the Quesenberry’s at 5:15
Our youth will gather for an evening of food, gratitude, and fellowship.
Youth Christmas Party — Saturday, December 7 (Time and Location TBD)
A night of games, food, and celebration as our youth gather to enjoy the Christmas season together.
Christmas Parade — Monday, December 8 at 7:00 PM
All children, youth, and families are invited to walk in the Christmas Parade and help pass out candy. This is a fun way to represent our church and share joy with our community.
Happy Birthday, Jesus Party — Wednesday, December 10 at 6:00 PM (Birth–5th Grade)
Our children will celebrate the true meaning of Christmas with crafts, cupcakes, a lesson, and the story of Jesus’ birth. This is always a sweet and memorable evening.
