Married to Bob, from Alderson, WV, retired Unit Manager from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, currently drives for Ramey Motors and enjoys traveling to new destinations each day, after being “locked up” for twenty four years.
We have a calico cat, “Matida”, who can be friendly if she wants to go outside or eat.
Our only daughter, Emily, lives with her husband Jonathan Cook in Lexington, Virginia where she works as the research and outrearch librarian at Washington and Lee University. Jonathan is the assistant professor of physics at Blueridge Community College in Weyes Cave, Virginia. They both devote much time striving to find homes for dogs in need of families, and love sharing their home with beagles Sugarplum and Cocoa.
